What we collect

When you request a journey or create an account, we collect the contact information, itinerary, preferences, messages, and documents you choose to share. We also retain account security and service-operation records.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare quotes, coordinate your trips, verify your account, respond to requests, and protect the service. Account authentication is provided through WorkOS, messaging through Sendblue, and application hosting and storage through DigitalOcean.

Messages and your choices

Trip messages relate to your inquiry or reservation. Promotional texts and emails require their own optional opt-in. You can reply STOP to stop text messages or contact us to change your preferences. Verifying your phone does not subscribe you to marketing.

Documents and access

Uploaded documents are stored privately and made available to you and authorized JETXLA staff. Please upload only documents requested for your journey. We do not ask you to upload payment card details.

Questions and requests

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask about retention. Some records may need to be retained to administer existing trips or meet applicable obligations.
